The girl's soccer game scheduled for today has been canceled.  The girls will be having practice from 2:30-4:30 afterschool today.

We will be hosting a Family Forum on Thursday evening, October 1st, at 6:00 PM in the WLMS Library.  Because Parent Information Night was packed so full, that event was really not conducive to asking questions and hearing answers.

At the forum, in addition to staff from the Middle School, you'll also be able to hear from staff from the High School and Central Office.  This should be a great opportunity for us all to get on the same page, with answers to questions from the people who know best.

September is No Kid Hungry Month. No Kid Hungry is our districts opportunity to be a part of a movement that has a real and lasting impact on the mission to end hunger in America!

Students and staff please spread the word about hunger awareness and GO ORANGE on September 30^th!

We will be showing our support by:

Wearing ORANGE and

holding a food drive

Please bring in one non-perishable food item and place in the collection box.

Boxes will be located in the 6^th grade entrance and front entrance to our school.

Everybody Smile!!! This Friday, October 9th we will be having Picture Day. Order forms have been sent home. If you have not received one, please have your child stop by the office to receive one.

Windsor Locks Middle School invites students and the community to participate in a Walk for Water on Friday June 12^th. Donations will go towards our goal of $3,000 dollars to build a clean water well for Mtera School in Tanzania. The 5k course will be open for walkers from 12pm-6pm.  Donations may be brought to the school or made directly to the website:
