Welcome to Mrs. Brown's web site. You will find information on the courses that I teach. There are three foods courses: Introductory Culinary Skills, International Foods, and Foods for Entertaining. There is also a Child Development course that is offered. On each page you will find course descriptions and expectations plus other useful information.

Also be on the look out for recipes that we are making in class and links to great foody web sites. And don't forget to follow Julia Child's advice: "Learn how to cook -- try new recipes, learn from your mistakes, be fearless, and above all have fun!" I like the have fun part!!!
