The Windsor Locks High School Show Choir, Vocal Motion, and the Windsor Locks Middle School Show Choir, Power Company, will be hosting the 26^th annual Nutmeg Show Choir Festival on Saturday, February 27^th.  The show begins at 10:30 AM with a performance of the Windsor Locks HS Jazz Band followed by the first show choir performance at 11:00 AM.  The event runs throughout the day with performances by fifteen competing show choirs.

Tickets are $10 for Students/Children, $15 for Adults, and $20 for seating in a reserved section of the auditorium.  Tickets may be purchased at the door and at http://nutmegshowchoirfestival.com

Raelynn Voislow was nominated for the UChoose Student-Athlete of the Week Poll.

Registration for Pre K and Kindergarten is now open!!

PreK:            Two Sessions:  8:30-11:00 and 12:15-2:45

  3 year old Prek Class:  Your child must turn three by Sept 1^st to enter the program. (We will fill the class first with those children who will turn 3 by Sept 1^st .  We will create a  waiting list for those children whose birthdays fall after 9/1/16.)

§  4 year old PreK Classes:- Your child must turn four by Dec 31^st to enter the program.

Kindergarten: Full day:  8:25-3:25

Children must turn five years old by Dec 31^st.

Registration packets will be available at: North Street School, the Windsor Locks Public Library, The Senior Center, New England PreSchool Academy, and Sky’s the Limit.

Packets must be returned by March 15^th.     PreK parents will be notified of acceptance by March 18^th.

Just a friendly that reminder that students should NOT be dropped off prior to 7:45. The official school day runs from 8:10 AM to 2:55 PM.  It has been increasingly colder, snowier, and several students have been dropped off prior to 7:45. This causes concern for their safety as it is cold, and there is no adult supervision before 7:45. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated
