Are sections labeled with headings?
Are the pictures/graphics/charts useful?
Is the information on this page useful for your project (What can I use)?
Is it easy to navigate through the Web site? 
What is the site’s purpose (to sell, inform, educate)?
Current
Is it updated?
Is there a copyright?

Reliable
Is there an author or organization that takes credit for the information?
What is the domain extension __________, and do you trust it?
Is the spelling and grammar correct?
Does the information seem bias free? (not having a strong opinion)?
Is there a place to find out about the author or organization (e-mail, Contacts)?
