Newton's Laws of Motion

First Law:  Inertia - An object at rest will stay at rest and an object in motion will remain in the same motion (same speed in a straight line) until an unbalanced force is applied to it.

Second Law:  Constant Acceleration - An object's (mass) motion will change  (accelerate) when an unbalanced force is applied to it.

          Force=mass x acceleration     or F=ma

Third Law: Equal & Opposite - For every action (force) there is an equal and opposite reaction (force)
