  1. By accessing or using IES/Cyberschool website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions

  2. Clients are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of their account information and are obligated to notify IES/Cyberschool promptly of any unauthorized use of their account.

  3. IES/Cyberschool offers notification gateway services for clients to send and receive notifications. Clients acknowledge and agree to use these services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    • By opting in to our notification service, you agree to receive SMS, MMS, or perhaps even Phone calls, from IES/Cyberschool or it's respective affiliates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies

    • You may decide to opt out at any time by replying STOP to the SMS thread. IES/Cyberschool or it's affiliates may securely keep your personal information for up to 30 days in the event that you change your mind and wish to receive Notifications again by replaying START. After 30 days, your data will be removed.

  4. No message from IES/Cyberschool will include any information regarding the following: drug-usage, hate speech, the selling of any product, any collection of personal information.

  5. Clients using IES/Cyberschool's services are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and permissions from end users who will receive notifications through the gateway.

  6. All content and materials available on the website are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content.

  7. IES/Cyberschool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  8. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
