  • Collaboration with all school and community stakeholders supports student achievement.
  • Data helps identify and support students’ needs.
  • All students are lifelong learners who will become contributing citizens in an ever-changing global society.

Mission:

The Windsor Locks High School Counseling Department is committed to nurturing, supporting and advocating for the academic, career, and social/emotional growth and development of all students. • Be responsible and equitable citizens who serve as independent and productive members of society.
  • Embody both the “4 Pillars” of our Advisory programming and the “5 Standards” of our Visions of a Graduate to continue on in their life-long learning.
