Vision:

As a teacher in the World Language Department we want to guide students to a place where all can succeed and achieve their goals.  The mission of the Windsor Locks High School World Language department is to develop fluency and communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing while promoting an understanding of diverse cultures.

Mission:

It is my mission to work collaboratively with colleagues in the WLHS WL Department to develop instructional strategies, through which students will work in whole and small groups, research and acquire knowledge of Hispanic cultures, and receive quality instruction that will enable them to understand, read, write, and speak the language they are studying.  The department will educate the students to live, work and lead in the complex, technological, diverse world of the 21^st century.
