The Pre-Engineering class focuses on utilizing skills from 

the Technology Education pathway and other Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) content to solve engineering design problems. Students in this class will be r

esponsible for the creation of an electronic portfolio showing mastery of the objectives within the curriculum. 

It is my intent to push our Technology to its 

fullest capabilities in this course.

Below is a list of some of the toys (tools) we will be using: 

*CNC Milling Machine with 4^th Axis

*CNC Router 

*CNC Plasma Cutter 

*CO₂ Laser Cutter/Engraver 

*MIG & TIG Welders

*Conventional Woodworking and Machining Equipment

Supporting courses within the pathway would include:

-Introduction to Design & Manufacturing

-Manufacturing

-Construction
