The National Honor Society is an organization comprised of seniors who have been selected based on their scholarship, service, leadership and character. The members serve their fellow students by tutoring. If you would like to request a tutor in a subject see your guidance councilor for more information.
The National Honor Society also works together to perform a service project. In recent years they have worked at Bickford Health Care Center assisting with a special event and playing games with residents, planted a garden around the flag pole, conducted a walkathon for an organization which bought prosthetic legs for children, painted playground equipment at a nearby park, held a dance marathon for benefit of the Connecticut Children's Medical Center (which raised $1600), and planned Red Ribbon Week rememberances.
