My name is Jayne Mearman and I'm a special education teacher at North Street School for grades K- 2.  I have been teaching in Windsor Locks since 1996. 

I have an undergraduate degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Connecticut.  I completed my graduate work at Central Connecticut State University in the area of Special Education.
