Students are provided a new Chromebook in grades 3 and 12 for instructional use. Students that take home their Chromebooks each day are responsible for charging the Chromebook. All Chromebooks are issued with a protective case. The Chromebook must be in the protective case at all times. No stickers or any other items should be attached to the Chromebook itself.

 

 
Student Device Insurance is offered anually and the form must be completed in the PowerSchool portal at the beginning of each school year. The cost of the Chromebook insurance is $20. Payment should be given to the front office staff at the building that the student attends. 
 

 
Middle and High School
Students can bring their Chromebooks to their school library media center for repairs during the school hours. The student will be provided with a Chromebook loaner while their Chromebook is repaired by the IT department. The loaner must be returned to the library once their Chromebook is repaired. 
 
Pine Meadow Academy
Students can advise their teacher if their Laptop needs repair and the teacher will coordinate getting the Laptop to the IT Department for repair. A loaner Chromebook or Laptop will be provided to the student.
 
Elementary Schools
Students will advise their teacher if their Chromebook needs repair and the teacher will coordinate with the Office for a loaner Chromebook while their device is repaired by the IT Department.
