Human Anatomy & Physiology is offered every other year.  It is an intensive course which covers all 9 systems of the human body:

  •  The Skeletal System
  • The Muscular System
  • The Circulatory System
  • The Respiratory System
  • The Nervous System
  • The Endocrine System
  • The Urinary System
  • The Digestive System
  • The Reproductive System

​Students will also have several opportunities throughout the year to dissect animal parts in order to familiarize themselves with these basic structures found in the human body.  They include...

  • Eyes
  • Hearts
  • Kidneys
  • Brains
  • Fetal pigs

This is an excellent class for students considering a career in the medical field, but is a wonderful experience for those who simply have a sincere interest in the human body and how it functions.
